We did an excellent brand overview and looked at their beyond-amazing itineraries as well as look at Bimini – which is the private beach exclusively for Virgin Voyages sailors (which is what they call their passengers)

Danielle was on The Scarlet Lady while we met with her. It was great to see the ship while chatting. She was sitting in “Sip” while we met. It really does show how great the complimentary wifi is! We had no issues with dropping the signal strength. If your job is remote, why not go on Virgin and work from your own balcony?

The Beach Club at Bimini is on all of the itineraries on The Scarlet Lady. The Beach Club is only available to Virgin Voyages passengers. In the afternoon, there is. DJ, so that will really set the tone or the vibe of the club then in the evenings are more of a tranquil atmosphere.

They also have bonfires at the beach. Where you can actually roast marshmallows! Betcha didn’t think that could happen on a cruise?? But, with Virgin Voyages, you can!

The ship is in port for a total of 12 hours! So you really have the time to sit back, relax and be pampered. There are even swings in the water to bring out your inner child.

All your food is included on this beach day. The ingredients are from The Bahamas. So, not only does the food have the local flavour, the food is harvested locally as well.
The excursions available are so unique! I wouldn’t expect anything less than that with Virgin! Want to swim with the sharks? You can do that! You start out by snorkelling around a shipwreck, then end up snorkelling with nurse sharks!
