Kathleen from Plenty of Sunshine Travel met with Eric from Celestyal for this week’s cruise chat.
.
Eric just returned from his cruise to Greece with Celestyal. The itinerary that Eric went on is called the Eclectic Aegean. This is a seven-day cruise. Eric had to opportunity to sail twice, so he had 14 days onboard!
.
Eric enjoyed going in early spring, visiting the northern parts of Greece, not many tourists visit, and the weather is perfect. Eric said he experienced 25 degrees C, which is 70 F.  Perfect!
.
This sailing stays 27 hours in Istanbul. He had a chance to swim in the warm ocean. He also visited a monastery that was built in the rock formations.
.
Celestyal is a wonderful mid-sized ship that can visit the smaller islands that few tourists visit. You will then get the proper experience of visiting an island that is not very North Americanized. You will have a true experience. You can visit beaches that can only be visited by boat.

I like that Celestyal includes shore excursions, that is a really great savings! This way, you can explore the areas you visit and know it is built into the price.
